Why Dominion Sports Collective?

At Dominion Sports Collective, we equip athletes with the training, education, and recruiting support they need to not just get noticed—but to be truly prepared for the demands of college baseball.

The DSC Advantage:
College-Prep Baseball Academy

Advanced Skill Development: Individualized approach to player development based of motor learning principles acquired over the past 20 years.

Academic Preparation: LUOA supports student-athletes in meeting NCAA eligibility and excelling in the classroom with the opportunity to gain college credits through dual-enrollment.

Competitive Baseball:  Expanded game schedule against hand picked opponents including the top private schools in the Southeast region.

Recruiting Guidance: Our staff has years of collegiate and high school coaching experience.  We have built and maintained the trust of college coaches when it comes recommending players for their programs.

Elite Strength and Conditioning: Our programs help athletes build the power, speed, and durability required to get on the field in today's college baseball environment.

Personal Development: We pride ourselves on building a culture of accountability, autonomy, and a growth mindset to translate on and off the field.

Increased Competition: Smaller roster limits and the transfer portal have led college programs to prioritize more developed and experienced players over high school recruits.

Evolving Recruiting Landscape:  Players need to maximize their opportunities to get to where they want to go.  Most players don't start at their dream school.

Staying on Schedule: Traditional recruiting timelines have changed, requiring athletes to be proactive and strategic in getting noticed.

Size and Strength Matter: Physical development is key - college coaches seek players who are physically developed and game-ready.

"Coaches Dragum and Hoy prepared (my son) mentally and mechanically during the off  season.  The result: VIRGINIA ALL-STATE PITCHER.  Enough said!!!!"
“I have been fortunate enough to be a part of Coach Dragum and Coach Hoy's throwing program since I was 12 years old and I can advocate that they are two of the most dedicated coaches I have seen in this game that care about the mental and physical development of each individual player."
“Their training not only builds a knowledgeable,strong/well conditioned athlete, but their approach, more importantly builds confidence and leadership skills that will prepare them for the future.  Highly recommended!”
